Surgical Strike is a memory in Assassin's Creed II

Description

The Doctor seems to have been affected by the power of the Artifact. He refuses to provide healing services to those citizens who deny Girolamo Savonarola's leadership and beliefs. The Doctor believes that the people have sold their dignity and honour for coin and in doing so they have corrupted their soul, which leads to sickness and pains among them. To be releaved of these pains and sickness they need to pledge themselves to serve Savonarola, only then will they be truly healed.

Outcome

Ezio Auditore assassinates the Doctor who even in death believe what he did was right. The Mediciguards assume control of the district.
