Sunken Temple of Eileithyia

The Sunken Temple of Eileithyia was a sunken Minoan temple dedicated to Eileithyia which had sunk off the coast of Heraklion in Crete, Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War, the temple ruins was visited by the Spartan misthios, Kassandra, who looted the treasures within.[1]
