Arkalochori Cave was a cave in Octopus Bay in Messara, Greece. Found just east of Heraklion it was occupied by bandits.

During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place, killed the bandits and looted the valuables within.

Trivia

• The name of this cave is a reference to Arkalochori, a town on Crete.
