Soknopaiou Nesos was a Greco-Egyptian village located north of Lake Moeris in the Faiyum.

In 48 BCE, the Medjay Bayek visited the village as part of his quest to hunt down the next member of the Order of the Ancients Berenike who went by the cryptonym The Crocodile.
