The Snake Head Rock was an outcrop within Cursed Land of Oedipous in Boeotia, Greece.

So called because of its distinct shape, the rock was often used as a landmark by the residents and visitors of the polis Thebes nearby. This was for example the case when the Oil Merchant guided the Spartan misthios Kassandra to the Potnies Military Camp,[1] and when the physician Hippokrates requested her to find the remainder of a missing hunting party.[2]
