Aristaios (died c. 428 BCE) was a Boeotian champion and a strategos in the Athenian army in charge of the training of troops in the Military Fort of Gla during the Peloponnesian War.

History

During the Peloponnesian War Stentor, a Spartan polemarch and step-brother of the misthios Kassandra, charged Kassandra to kill Boeotian champions including Aristaios. When Kassandra found Aristaios, she discovered Nikolaos fighting the man, and watched as the former slew the latter.[1]
