Shipwreck of Ajax
The Shipwreck of Ajax was a shipwreck off the northern coast of Mykonos, Greece. It allegedly belonging to Ajax the Lesser, the son of King Oileus of Lokris in Greek mythology.
During the Peloponnesian War, the site was explored by the misthios Kassandra. While exploring the wreck, she also recovered a helmet belonging to the Spartan commander Thaletas.[1]
