Scepter of Samothrake

The Scepter of Samothrake was a wooden scepter originating from Samothrake, a Greek island in the northern Aegean Sea. Adorned with laurels and wings representing Nike, the goddess of victory in Greek mythology, the staff was finely carved.

During the Peloponnesian War, the scepter was made available to the Spartan misthios Kassandra through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived her memories in 2018.[1]
