Santiago de Compostela

Santiago de Compostela is a city in northwestern Spain, serving as the capital of the autonomous community of Galicia.

Circa 1492, the Spanish Assassins tracked down Diego de Alvarado to the city, following Diego's defection to the Spanish Templars. There, the Spanish Assassins stalked Diego to the city cathedral, witnessing Diego's meeting with Gustavo Ramírez. They later witnessed Ramírez being betrayed by Diego, who stabbed the former in the back and recovered the section of the Staff of Eden in his possession.
