The San Giovanni District is a district of Florence and is featured in Assassin's Creed II. It is the central district of Florence and is also the smallest district of Florence. The San Giovanni District also has many landmarks, such as the Santa Maria del Fiore, the Palazzo Auditore and the Palazzo della Signoria to name a few. It is also the oldest part of Florence and is named in honour of St. John the Baptist, the patron saint of Florence.
