Aqulius

Aquilius was a Roman Assassin and was an ancestor of Altair Ibn-La Ahad

"Aqulia" is a constellation which in Latin means "eagle", in the same context as Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad and Ezio Auditore da Firenze's first names also pretaining to eagles in their native heiritages. Also, the constellation of Aquila's brightest star is named Altair.
In his appearance in the French Graphic Novel he presents himself as "Aquilius, Son of Lucius" before he is stabbed in the shoulder and knocked out.
It is presently unknown whether or not Aquilus is a canon Assassin's Creed character, due to his only appearences being in the French Graphic Novel which was proven not to be canon to the official story on many points.
