Ruggiero Ferraro (unknown - 1721) was an Italian diplomat, with ties to the Templars. In 1721, he visited Kingston, Jamaica to attend Governor Woodes Rogers send-off, but was killed by the pirate Edward Kenway before he could arrive.

Kenway later used his identity to enter the party and attempt an assassination of Rogers.
