Roussis was a Greek man who lived in Egypt during the reign of Ptolemy XIII.

Around 48 BCE, Roussis wrote a letter of complain to the Zephyros Stables, claiming that he was framed with causing the death of the Prasina Green's lead racer Icarus, insisting that he did had no desire to purchase Icarus' horses Abraxas or Santana.[1]
