Ritual Spear

The Ritual Spear was a spear commonly used in rituals in the 5th century BCE Greece.
During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra was given the spear after helping a priest at the Sanctuary of Asklepios in Argolis recover a heart of a sacred white bull.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Ritual Spear, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the commonly found Golden Spear, another weapon in the same game. These are both the recycled model of The Phoenix, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
