Raider Axe

The Raider Axe was a bearded axe commonly wielded by Vikings, Norse raiders who attacked and looted Northern European settlements in the early Middle Ages. During the 9th century, it was acquired by the shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan.

Eivor held onto it when she joined members of the Raven Clan in leaving Norway for better prospects in England. There, she found sufficient funds and resources to upgrade the axe to different tiers, increasing its attack and lethality against opponents while also displaying finer craftsmanship.
