Politician's Torso
The Politician's Torso was a style of breastplate mainly worn by politicians in ancient Greece mainly for protection against physical alterations.
During the Peloponnesian War, the misthios Kassandra received the breastplate after helping Alkibiades to escort an Athenian politician home.[1]
