Pietro da Siena (d. 1500-1503) was a Borgia captain in Rome's Antico District. The twin brother of Valentino da Siena and Prospero da Siena, he was quick to run off at the slightest sign of trouble.

Ezio Auditore da Firenze, aiming to liberate Rome from the Borgia rule, killed Pietro and burned down the tower he protected in 1503.
