Antoine-Laurent de Lavoisier (26 August 1743 – 8 May 1794) was a French nobleman and chemist who is widely considered to be the Father of Modern Chemistry. During the French Revolution, Lavoisier created a poison bomb for the Assassin Arno Dorian, but was kidnapped before he could give it to him.
