Pelopeion

Pelopeion was a small shrine in the city of Olympia in Elis, Greece. Dedicated to Pelops, a King of Pisa that the Peloponnese peninsula was named after, the shrine was also allegedly his tomb.

During the Peloponnesian War, the shrine was visited by the Spartan misthios, Kassandra.[1]
