History[edit | edit source]

In 48 BCE, the Medjay Bayek of Siwa investigated the Temple of Horus and found a passage underneath the temple. Venturing below, he found and inspected the library. From his findings, he saw that Taharqa's plans for Letopolis was going to be short-lived after reviewing the city's history.[1]
