The Nestor Checkpoint

The Nestor Checkpoint was a military camp in the Bay of Hades in Messenia, Greece. Found in the eastern part of the region, it protects the mountain pass between the Bay of Hades and Valley of Aristomenes.

During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place.
