Nanno the Abakos (died c. 420s BCE) was a mercenary who operated in Greece during the Peloponnesian War.
Due to her love of mathematics, Nanno's parents believed that she would someday make a career in working at an Athenian treasury. Unfortunatly, for them, she instead used her arithmetic for the number of those she killed. During her travels, she used her personal abacus to keep track of every kill she made.
During the war, Nanno crossed paths with the Spartan misthios Kassandra.
