Mustafa II
Mustafa II (6 February 1664 – 29/30 December 1703), born Mustafa bin Mehmed, was the Sultan of the Ottoman Empire from 1695 to 1703.
During his reign, Mustafa performed the final major restoration of the Valens Aqueduct in Constantinople.[1]
Trivia
- The database entry for the Valens Aquaduct incorrectly states that Mustafa's restoration occurred in 1679, but it actually occurred in 1697.
