The Military Warehouse was a warehouse in the City of the Champion on the island Thasos, Greece. Part of the harbor of Thasos City, it was used by the military to store weapons and supplies. It consisted of one building and was protected by a very small military force.

During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place.[1]
