Markos' Vineyard was a vineyard located on the southern side of Mount Ainos in Kephallonia, in 431 BCE.

Sometime in 431 BCE Markos, a friend of the Spartan misthios, Kassandra, bought the vineyard with the intention of growing, making, and selling wine.[1]
