The Mace of the Sphinx was a mace inscribed with indecipherable, yet curiously familiar runes in the possession of the Sphinx within the Ruined Temple in Boeotia.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra faced the Sphinx and as a reward for correctly answering her riddles, Kassandra received the Mace of the Sphinx.
