Lyndsey is a waitress of Tempest in a Teapot, one of the restaurants inside Abstergo Industries in London.

On two occasions, she served Templar Simon Hathaway, once when he joined Anaya Chodary and Benjamin Clarke,[1] and another when he met with Victoria Bibeau. During the latter meeting, he asked her where his usual waiter, Poole, was.[2]
