The Ludgate Hill brothel was one of Olwyn Owers' brothels located in City of London, London, during the Victorian era. One of the most successful establishments Lady O owned, she entertained elite Londoners there, offering them women and a nice place to discuss shady businesses and political affairs. The thugs Lady O employed kept her prostitutes compliant and willing to spy on their clients. In November 1888, the Assassin Evie Frye attacked the brothel and dealt with the thugs within, freeing the women and earning their, as well as Nellie's, gratitude.[1]
