The Sons of Romulus Lairs are secret locations that are featured in Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and act very familar to the secret locations from Assassin's Creed II. Like the latter there are six lairs in total and completing each one will make Ezio steps closer to gaining the Sons of Romulus greatest prize.
