Krethos

Krethos was an informant working for Elpenor, a member of the Cult of Kosmos during the Peloponnesian War.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Elpenor had charged Krethos to look for the Spartan misthios Kassandra in Kephallonia, and pleased with Krethos' success, told him his payment would be waiting for him in Phokis.[1]

Elpenor's note later came into the possession of the Spartan misthios Kassandra, following her meeting with him at his house.[1]
