The Kraneion Plains

The Kraneion Plains was a region of Korinthia, Greece, east of Korinth.

The most remarkable location within the plains was the Port of Kechries.[1]

During the Peloponnesian War the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the region.[1]

Trivia

  • The name of the place references the suburb of the ancient Korinth.
