The Mentor reads Tsiolkovsky's The Will of the Universe.

Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky was a Russian scientist in service to both the Autocratic Tsars and their Soviet successors. At one point he wrote a book entitled The Will of the Universe, a copy of which resided in The Mentor's Dubai facility.
