The Kolossus (pl. Kolossi) was a seemingly inert guardian statue, many of which were found all over simulation of Elysium. The responded to bloodshed, and would attack those who entered open combat within their vicinity.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra found encounted several of these statues during her travels through the simulation of Elysium.[1]

Trivia

  • Trespassing and assassinating an enemy near Kolossi does not trigger the activation. Destroying a Torch of Hypnos near an inert Kolossus damages them, but also doesn't trigger their activation.
  • The name of the creatures is Greek for '(large) statue', and is the source for the English word colossal.
