Ameinokles
Ameinokles was a Korinthian shipwright who lived during the 8th century BCE.
He was known for being the first Greek to build a trireme, which became the main combat vessel of his time. One of his earliest prototype of the vessel lay at the bottom of the Korinthian Gulf.[1]
