John Cockram (1689 – 1719) was a pirate, and close friend and confidant of Benjamin Hornigold. He engaged in piracy for a few years prior to 1718, until he accepted the British Crown's pardon after Woodes Rogers' arrival on Nassau and became a pirate hunter.
He was killed in 1719 on the island of Príncipe on the coast of west Africa by Edward Kenway in an attempt to rescue Bartholomew Roberts.
