Jean-Martin Charcot demonstrating hypnosis

Jean-Martin Charcot (29 November 1825 – 16 August 1893) was a French neurologist, who is considered the founder of modern neurology.

Charcot is well known for his studies on hypnosis, a method which was used in the early stages of Abstergo Industries' Animus Project.
