James Harris, 3rd Earl of Malmesbury
James Harris, 3rd Earl of Malmesbury (25 March 1807 – 17 May 1889), was an English politician.
In 1852, while serving as Foreign Secretary, Harris was almost crushed to death when a piece of the ceiling of the Foreign Office fell on his desk.[1]
