The Idean Cave was a cave in the Valley of Olympia in Elis, Greece. Found in the northwestern part of the region, this cave was home to members of the Followers of Ares.

During the Peloponnesian War, the Spartan misthios Kassandra explored the place, killed their chief and claimed their valuables.[1]
