Iberian Seax
The Iberian Seax was a short blade that the Viking jarlskona Eivor Varinsdottir acquired at Azar's market in late 9th century Dublin, Ireland.
Throughout her journey in Ireland, Eivor aided Azar in building Dublin to be the trade center of Ireland. In one of Azar's trade contracts, the Emir of the Iberia wanted to celebrate for stopping an uprising and needed the favors to be paid by Dublin. After trading twenty pieces of clothing, twenty texts, and twenty luxuries, Eivor built up Dublin's affluence with Iberia and obtained some trade post supplies and the Iberian Seax.[1]
