lacopo de Grassi (? - 1500) was a high ranking Borgia guard in Rome and Captain of one of the five Borgia towers that ruled over the Centro district.

In January 1500 Ezio Auditore da Firenze took it on himself to eliminate Lacopo de Grassi in order to destroy the overlord's tower. Lacopo, heavily guarded by his men, saw the Assassin and challenged him, with his men fighting beside him, but despite his best efforts Ezio killed all of Lacopo's men and eventually killed the Borgia Captian by throwing him into the scaffolding.

Lacopo is also proud of his position as a Borgia Captain and will constantly shout at his men, when fighting Ezio, that they are Borgia and are strong.
