Hár Smida was the forge, where Sif's new hair was created, in the city of Uldar in Gullnámar, Svartálfaheimr.
History
In Eivor Varinsdottir's visions of Odin's time in Svartalfheim, the Æsir lord Havi discovered the forge in the caves of Uldar and recalled the time Loki visited the Sons of Ivaldi to request an invention to replace Sif's hair, which he cut off for some unknown reason. With the blacksmiths exceeding the task, Loki saw their skill and wondered what else they could make.[1]
