Alfred Fleming
Alfred Fleming was the chief of Queen Victoria's secret service, a group which covertly guarded Her Majesty. He participated in several special operations, and was often helped by the twins Jacob and Evie Frye to kill his targets, who were all Templars that aimed to overthrow the Queen.
Trivia
Given that he worked in the secret service, the name Alfred Fleming is likely to have been taken from Ian Fleming, author of James Bond series.
