Alfred Fleming
Alfred Fleming was the chief of Queen Victoria's secret service, a group which guarded her Majesty secretly.
He participated in several special operations, and was often helped by the Frye Twins, Jacob and Evie, to kill his targets, members of a group that aimed to overthrow Queen Victoria.
Trivia
Given that he worked in the secret service, the name Alfred Fleming is likely to have been taken from Ian Fleming, author of James Bond series.
