Alexandria is one of Egypt's largest cities, founded c. 331 BC by Alexander the Great.

In 30 BC, the Egyptian queen Cleopatra was killed here by the Assassin Amunet with an asp.[1]

Circa the 1240s, the widow of the Assassin Sef Ibn-La'Ahad moved here with their children, after having spent some time in exile in Alamut.[2]
