Gilda dei Ladri di Venezia, also known as the Thieves' Guild of Venice, is the home of Antonio de Magianis and his thieves, who assisted Ezio Auditore in the assassination of Marco Barbarigo (at Carnevale) and his brother Agostino Barbarigo (within the Palazzo Ducale). It is also a Glyph location.
Location description
The Venetian Thieves' Guild is a major location in the game. Antonio has his personal office there, as well as the Thieves' Guild's records. There was a waterway entrance through which Ezio carried Rosa in That's Gonna Leave a Mark. Scaffolding inside the Thieves' Guild provided good training for thieves, who learned the Climb Leap there. The Guild also has a ladder nearby for easy roof access.

Climb up to the rooftop over the guild’s main archway, just to the right of Antonio’s door, and look left.
