Gaspar Velasquez was a Spanish shipbuilder associated with the Assassins, who lived in the 18th Century.
Velasquez and his colleagues started working on a brig for the fleet of the Colonial Brotherhood. However, do the increasing influence of the British Templars, they were not able to construct the ship in Spain.
They sent the preliminary project to the Assassin Council in France, and the brig, later called Aquila, was ultimated in 1749 in Breda.
