François Duvalier (14 April 1907 - 21 April 1971) was the President of Haiti from 1957 to his death. In addition to that, he was a member of the Templars.

He was a physician, probably experimenting for Abstergo's projects. He was also known to be a practitioner of Voodoo, a method Abstergo also may have used for certain projects.
