Francesco Colonna (c. 1453 - c. 1517) was a prominent member of the Colonna family.

By 1506, Francesco lost his house in Rome to the banks of the city. Several of Francesco's paintings, including Leonardo da Vinci's Portrait Of A Lady, were put up for auction and purchased by Duccio de Luca, a Florentine merchant.
