History
1st Century BCE
Basilosaurus fossils could be found in the Faiyum, Saqqara Nome and the Sinai.[2]
The deserts of Egypt, specifically the Wadi El Hitan is evidence of the seas which once covered the area.[3]
9th Century
Fossils could be found around Norway, England and Vinland; in locations such as Stavanger and Kinder Downfall.[4]
19th Century
During his administrative career in India, William Sleeman found several dinosaur fossils in the Narmada Valley whilst searching for Isu artifacts on behalf of the Templar Order.[5]
21st Century
In a public relations primer for Abstergo Industries, Álvaro Gramática proposed a coordination of pre-existing disinformation campaigns to ensure that interest in precursor and hyper-hominid fossils was misdirected into harmless avenues.[6]
