Excavation Site, Isle of Skye
The Excavation Site was a archaeological site, in northwestern Scotland's Isle of Skye.
History
During the 9th century, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan visited the Excavation Site, after findinga vault pedestal within the Cave of Gold. Investigating the area, Eivor sleuthed past the cursed villagers and soldiers and headed towards an inner chasm. Within the chasm, Eivor caught sight of a tomb and the shard itself right above it. Eivor collected the shard and then quickly left the premise.[1] Through her travels, Eivor also uncovered a hoard map underneath a breakable floor at the site.[2]
